Rated 1 out of 5 by Aaron82 from AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This looks pretty cool compared to a wooden shed, but unfortunately thats about all I can say that is positive about it. I took quite a few days with some friends of mine (one of whom has worked construction for years) and we took our time a few hours here and a few hours there, making sure that we did it correctly. We finished on a Monday afternoon and it rained Tuesday night so I went out to check it and it was leaking like a sieve. I was shocked to see a soaked floor and the roof dripping on me all over the inside of the garage. Perhaps what is more disappointing is the customer service. I left a voicemail one day and was never called back. Then I finally got someone the next week and was told that I couldn't do anything without my paperwork and model numbers. No problem, called them back when I got home and got someone else who wasn't interested in my paperwork but told me he would email me some "ideas" about how to fix the roof. I definitely got the feeling of being blown off and so far I have not received an email. After spending thousands on a garage shed, I do not feel that I should have to spend hundreds on liquid rubber and figure out how to reach all the way up the roof to be able to use this. It is essentially worthless to me now and I have wasted thousands with no reimbursement, solutions, etc. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE OR MAKE SURE TO USE TONS OF SILICONE WHEN YOU PUT IT TOGETHER. Also this may be my fault, but the service door will not close or line up no matter what I do even though the building is square and on new cement. Super cheap door. Overall assessment, not worth the money at all and lackadaisical customer service

Rated 1 out of 5 by LukeW from Stay away from sojag/buy prebuilt Buy prebuilt, and this is why: -one of the roof panels and a few side panels are a mismatched color and different shade of gray. -bent top overhead sliding poor panel (was able to bend it back but it still has small creases -missing hardware for the actual build, including the door (put in a warranty claim), some uprights, and the screw with hole in it for overhead door. I was able to create my own -side door deadbolt knob fell off -the directions show two people that were able to put up the main supports. This couldn’t be further from the truth and it took 4 people, with three holding and me screwing in the supports for it to actually stay up. There was only 3 mph wind that day. -While the shed indicates that it’s wind resistant, it took nearly full construction for me to have faith that it wasn’t going to fall over. Had to use ratchet straps and weights to continuously keep it from falling over -the instructions were horrific, many of the diagrams didn’t have all parts labeled, and it took me 45 minutes of paging forward and backwards for me to make my own drawing that was actually competent -both the front (exterior) and rear (interior) gables are stained with i have no idea what, and the front gable was wavy, creased, and would not flatten out. -safety cable for the interior overhead door keeps coming loose even though it was installed to instructions -some side and roof panels weren’t even marked with part numbers and were dry -some roof and side panels had part numbers immediately washed away when coming into contact with a snowflake, making it impossible to know which number it was. The shed looks nice from afar with the exception of the mismatched roof panel. Up close, not so much. While the shed is pretty sturdy once it’s put together, it was the complete opposite up to that point. I put 60 hours into building it, and took at least 7 days off of work to complete it. I can honestly say that I will never recommend this shed to any ever. I would have gladly paid more for a prebuilt shed that was complete just to be dropped in and anchored. This was not worth the cost at all, and I’m not satisfied with the end product.

Questions & Answers
1) Can the exterior surface be painted a different color after assembled? 2) Can insulated be added and the insides finished?
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. We do NOT recommend painting the unit as different chemicals together could ruin the finish. You can possibly use foam board insulation in the unit, but we do not recommend it as well. Please keep in mind that any modification to the structure would void your warranty. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you
