Very Poor Roof Design
Bought this gazebo last year. Used it for approximately 4-5 months then removed the cloth roof for the winter at which time it seemed to have gotten brittle. Upon reinstalling it on the gazebo, it very easily ripped. We only got 4-5 months use out of the cloth roof and the company would not
back this product. They said it was normal after being out in the sun. We have had other gazebos and got 3-5 YEARS out of them
before replacing. The frame itself is the best we have ever had. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service with regards to the roof.

Can this be installed on a screened lanai?

If you are verifying the dimensions of the Screened Lanai and the Gazebo to assure that you have the adequate room, such as height, width, etc. Please note that the Gazebo will still need to be anchored down. Do I need a permit from the county to install a free standing gazebo? How to anchor this gazebo on grass?

The SOJAG Gazebo are temporary structures. To obtain this information, you must visit your Town Hall and request a copy of their guidelines. Every county across the nation has different regulations, and due to this variance, we do not have this information available. For the most part, permits are not required because these Gazebo are considered temporary units, but it is best to check in with your town.
